Are you aged 16-25?
Become a young advisor

We’ll be recruiting five paid Young Advisors to help run and shape Project 9.0. If you’re interested in working with others, taking responsibility, and developing real skills, we want to hear from you. You’ll help plan and run sessions, support young people, and help tell their stories.

  • You should be all of the following:

    • Aged 16-25

    • Eligible to work in the UK or Ireland

    • Live, study, or work in Greater London or Dartford

    • Able to commit to 8 hours per week (mix of online + in-person)

    • Happy to complete a DBS check

    • Open to learning and trying new things

    • Ready to take responsibility and get stuck in

  • You’ll work mainly in one focus area of the project, but everyone contributes to the campaign overall. Examples of what you may do include:

    • Helping plan and support campaign sessions

    • Creating or sharing content (photos, video, posts, updates)

    • Welcoming young people into sessions and supporting involvement

    • Taking part in team meetings and shaping ideas

    • Helping keep things organised and running smoothly

    • Representing the campaign in spaces or conversations when needed

You’ll be supported throughout, and you don’t need to know how to do everything already.

  • You’ll be paid the London Living Wage (£13.85/hr rising to £14.80 from April) for 8 hours a week, plus you’ll get:

    • Real experience in planning, content, youth engagement or organising

    • Support and training from the team

    • Something solid for your CV / UCAS / portfolio

    • A chance to shape how a real campaign runsork

  • Applications are currently closed and will re-open in Summer 2026. Follow our social media to be the first to know when it does!

You’ll need to apply using a form. It’s just a quick way for us to learn more about you and what you’d bring to the role.
