Endz Strategy Consultation Prize Draw — Terms

Promoter: ENDZ Group CIC

Prize draw: Endz Strategy Consultation £15 Voucher Draw

1. Who can enter

The prize draw is open to people who have completed one of the eligible Endz 2026–29 public consultation surveys:

  • Young People’s Consultation — respondents who met that survey’s age requirements; or

  • Parent, Carer, Professional & General Public Consultation — respondents who met that survey’s eligibility requirements.

No purchase or payment is required to enter. No young person under the age of 13 should enter.

2. Entry period

Entries close at:

5:00pm on Saturday 22 August 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be included.

3. One entry per person

Each person may enter the prize draw once.

If the same person submits multiple entries, only one valid entry should be included in the draw.

4. Prizes

There are 5 prizes available.

Each winner will receive:

1 × £15 digital voucher

There will be 5 winners in total across both consultation surveys.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash through Endz.

5. Selecting winners

After entries close, Endz will select 5 valid entrants at random.

The selection must not take account of:

  • what somebody said in the consultation;

  • whether their views were positive or negative about Endz;

  • which consultation pathway they completed;

  • whether they already know or have participated in Endz.

Every valid entry should have an equal chance of selection.

6. Contacting winners

Winners will be contacted using the email address submitted through this prize draw form.

Winners should respond within 7 days of being contacted.

If a selected winner does not respond within that period, Endz may randomly select another valid entrant.

7. Privacy

Prize-draw contact information is collected separately from consultation responses.

Endz must not attempt to use prize-draw information to identify an entrant’s anonymous consultation answers.

Contact details collected through this form should only be used to administer the prize draw and handled in accordance with the Endz privacy notice.

8. Invalid entries

Endz may remove an entry if there is reasonable evidence that:

  • the entrant did not complete one of the eligible consultations;

  • the entrant submitted multiple entries;

  • false information was deliberately provided;

  • the entry otherwise does not meet these terms.
